what stage should I speak to a solicitor?
As soon as you have decided to sell is the ideal time to contact
your solicitor. Your initial consultation with one of our solicitors
is free. We will outline the procedure for selling your house in
Scotland and describe the services that we provide. You will also
benefit from our knowledge of the current local property situation
and how that might affect your pricing and closing-date strategy.

Can I afford to sell?
